Respected property magnate and Chief Executive Officer of RevolutionPlus Group, Bamidele Onalaja has been listed as been listed by Forbes Africa as one of the 48 business leaders and policymakers in government and corporate Nigeria that will shape the Nigerian economy in the year 2022 and beyond.
Onalaja who is also the President of Rotary Club of Maryland was listed alongside prominent Nigerians that included President Mohammadu Buhari, former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Africa’s richest person, Aliko Dangote and others cutting across banking, finance, real estate as well as oil and gas.
The report, titled Nigeria: Path to Sustainability and produced for Forbes Africa by Penresa International under its “Africa Undiscovered Series” acknowledged that “the bold vision of becoming the number one real estate firm in sub-Saharan Africa and beyond within the next decade stirs the strategies and plans of RevolutionPlus Group” saying “the company’s successful track record and the extent of its achievements since its establishment seven years ago is a positive indicator that the vision is within reach.”
It quoted Onalaja as saying “RevolutionPlus Group started by selling lands and building houses and has since expanded to the hospitality sector with the conception of Remarkable Foods, a world-class restaurant with VVIP lounges and bars located in Lagos as well as Remarkable Hotels and
Apartments.
“We also have a facility management company named Remarkable Impact Facility Managers (RIFMA) and an investment arm called Remarkable Impact Investment Club.” In addition
to its subsidiaries, RevolutionPlus has a huge company in Dallas, USA and a newly registered
office in London; Come 2022, the company plans to make its debut in Ghana and South Africa.” The report quoted Onalaja.
RevolutionPlus Group managed by Bamidele Onalaja with his wife, Tolulope as its Executive Director, has about 500 staff strength with an additional 2,000 realtors, is engaged in several corporate social responsibility activities through their Chris Bamidele Onalaja Foundation (CBOF) and through CBOF, RevolutionPlus donated over 50 million Naira to widows and children across Nigeria, built free schools, police stations, provided educational amenities, carried out free health screenings and provided scholarships worth over N15m to selected students.
